Jeremy completed his BS in Applied Mathematics at the University of Colorado in 2014 and his PhD in Applied Mathematics at the University of Washington in 2020. Jeremy's academic interests are in teaching mathematics, mathematics pedagogy, and mathematics research. Jeremy has been teaching in the UW Department of Applied Mathematics since 2017, when he began teaching as a PhD student. His research is primarily on understanding stability of solutions to partial differential equations and methods used to understand stability. This research involves the use of techniques from dynamical systems, complex analysis, mathematical physics, perturbation methods, linear algebra, control theory, and other areas of mathematics.
